Submitted algorithm evaluation time

Hello, I successfully submitted the container, and tested the algorithm with an example case. The result of the test case was positive. When I submit the algorithm instead to the" Open Development Phase - Validation and Tuning Submission" , the submission fails and I receive the following message, "The algorithm failed on one or more cases." How can we know where the algorithm fails? is there a log file? Thank you Giovanni
