Model Facts

Summary

The algorithm facilitates the upload of a concatenated image of the ventral and dorsal views of an anatomical region and outputs PASI subscores for:

Erythema
Desquamtion
Indiration
Area

The algorithm will only output scores from 0 to 3 for erythema, desquamation and induration subscores, and 0 to 5 for the area subscore. This is because the algorithm was not trained on the most severe cases ('4' for erythema, desquamation and induration subscores and '6' for area subscore) due to unavailability of image data. The subscores can be corrected by physicians (if required) and can be used to calculate the final PASI score.
