Model Facts

Summary

Mechanism

This algorithm uses a neural network to segment the ribs in thoracic CT images. Anatomical labels of the ribs are derived from an anatomically labeled segmentation of the vertebrae.

Validation and Performance

Uses and Directions

This algorithm was developed for research purposes only.
