Model Facts

Summary

This algorithm compares the shape of the vertebral body with the expected shape to calculate a Vertebral Abnormality Score. This score expresses how abnormal the vertebra looks and can be used to identify fractures.

Please feel free to contact Nikolas Lessmann for help with trying out the algorithm, or if you would like to use it on a larger set of images.
