Hey organizer, I didn't find the training data anywhere, but it is supposed to be released at the begining of this month. Can you direct me where I can find the training data?

Hi,
you can find the training data set here: https://acrobat.grand-challenge.org/Data/
Scroll to the bottom of the page. The training data is split into two batches, each with approximately 1700 WSIs. Currently, the data is available in the following distributions: - 10X .tiff files - 5X .tiff files - pyramidal .tiff files including resolution levels from 10X down to 0.078125X, so 8 levels. Currently, only the second batch is available in this format, the first batch will follow before Monday. Unfortnately, this format is not compatible with QuPath, but you can read the different resolution levels with OpenSlide: https://openslide.org/api/python/
You can choose which distribution you think is most appropriate to develop your algorithm. We will release validation cases with landmarks for the moving images during May. Registered landmarks are to be submitted in metric coordinates based on microns-per-pixel that we will provide for each resolution level, so that the resolution at which you choose to register does not matter.
Please let us know if there are any further questions or you still have difficulty to access the data.
Best wishes
