Validation submission system open again

Dear challenge participants,

we have received multiple requests to open the validation submission system again, so that teams can continue developing their algorithms even further. We therefore decided to open the validation submissions again starting now. This is then part of the post-challenge phase and will not impact the rankings that decide the challenge winners, of course.
