Your error messages are such: 1. The output file 'coronary-artery-segmentation.json' is not valid 2. Could not clean '/input' and/or '/output' directories: [Errno 13] Permission denied: 'coronary-angiography-x-ray-stack'

for first one, please check your file creating script. For second error, please make sure you don't create input and output folders in your dockerfile.
