Size of the test volumes and counting of the failed runs

Hello together,

two short questions: 1) Can I assume the final volumes have at least a size of 128x128x128? 2) If any run fails (final / preliminary), am I allowed to repeat it or does that count into the limit?

Hi!

some test samples have less than 128 axial slices (ie. the shape is e.g 256x256x96) I recommend you to build a small function that zero pads the volume if necessary.

A failed test run does not count.
