Unable to submit docker since afternoon

I am unable to upload a container on the challenge, and getting the error as the container is already uploaded. I have sent the image for reference in the email. Could you please check and rectify the issue as soon as possible?

Also, considering the issues at the backend we have lost more than 7 working hours and ideally a day extension should be provided by the challenge organizers.

Even today I am facing issue - container stuck in a loop while importing, please fix the issues on your backend as quickly as possible.

On top of it, I am not able to upload any other docker container from account and my teammate (saikiran) account has been made inactive.

It's been 4 hours and the issue is still not resolved. I kindly request you to look into it on an urgent basis.
