Pretrained weight

Hello .Thanks for hosting this insteresting chanllenge ! Are we allowed to use pretrained weights that are published before this competition us hosted and the weights are open-source ?

Thank you for your question! In this challenge we aim to investigate how well the posed problem can be solved relying only on the provided data. Thus, the use of other data is not allowed. In principle, we are not against using pre-trained models. However, it is not possible to draw the line where pre-training is equivalent to using external data. Thus, we would like to ask the participants to only use the provided challenge data and no pre-trained models.
