Thanks for organizing the great challenge. I found there are some patients with mask=0. If there are some patients in this dataset are healthy and diagnosed without lesions? For example: PETCT_3f2ee0274d, PETCT_2745fb1adb. Thanks for your kind reply.

That is correct. You can obtain more information under "Dataset":
The challenge cohort consists of patients with histologically proven malignant melanoma, lymphoma or lung cancer as well as negative control patients who were examined by FDG-PET/CT.
