I am a newcomer to this competition. Recently, I downloaded the Version v1.0.1 dataset from the Zendod website. However, when I viewed the image.nii.gz files using the ITK-SNAP software on my computer, the images did not appear normal, and I could not even recognize them as CT images.

Could you please help me verify if there are any issues with the dataset? Any guidance or support you can provide would be greatly appreciated.
