Is there a way to download pretrained weights for pytorch models? Due to limited connectivity I am not able to download any model weights. Is this not allowed at this stage?

On the workstation git "You can embed your algorithm and all its dependencies in a docker image, upload it to your desktop and then run it with uDocker."
How can i upload to my machine?
