I wanted to know about how is the data is classified as low and high? Can you explain it in terms of ISUP or Gleason scores? Is it like ISUP scores with 2 is classified as low, ISUP scores with 4-5 is classified as high?

Hi, it's based on Gleason: Low risk Gleason 3+4 or below and High risk Gleason 4+3 or above.

Best regards,
