Test Submission(Prostate) Doubt

Test Submission(Prostate) Doubt

Hello Organizers,

I'm curious about the necessary information to be filled in the URL section for the Repository, especially for those who utilized the Docker image. While this field was optional during validation, it is now marked as mandatory for test submission. Should we proceed by using your GitHub template and creating a repository now, and share that git URL here for the test submission? Looking forward to your guidance.

Dear @subin, Yes, for a submission to be considered for the Championship phase we need to evaluate it is reproducible. Therefore, we need access to the code via a link to a public or private repository. This is under the rules in the "How to participate" section: "To participate in the Championship Phase, participants need to submit a short paper on their methodology (2–3 pages) and a public/private URL to their source code on GitHub (hosted with a permissive license)". Bests!

Do I need to associate my GitHub repository with the provided page by selecting Link GitHub Repo, or is providing the link in the url input of test submission sufficient? Thanks again!

With the link in the submission is enough. Thank you!

Dear @Ana, Can you clarify one more doubt please?

In the test submission phase, does an unsuccessful attempt count as an official submission, and does it impact the total number of allowed submissions for our team? I'm asking because our team had an unsuccessful test submission a long ago, and it seems we've lost one of our chances and have only one left.

Dear @subin, as far as Gran Challenge team told me, failed submissions do not count in the total attempts allowed for each phase. In the test phase only one attempt per participant is allowed, therefore, it's normal that only one attempt is left.
