Data details and evaluation pipeline

Hi Hong,

Sorry for the late response. We are releasing the evaluation pipeline in a week. The data details, including the annotations from which RNA-seq was extracted, may take a few more weeks to be fully ready. However, the other dataset for Task 3 has already been released. We are also increasing the training data next week. So stay tuned!
