Licenses for Evaluation Code and Docker

Could you add some Licenses to your evaluation code on github https://github.com/TissueImageAnalytics/CoNIC and for the docker template? This would allow everyone to publish their code later on as well with the functionalities to use your evaluation code and docker template. :)
