Dear all,

Members of the organising committee are not taking part in the challenge, but we allow members from our own group to parcipate if they wish. In particular, we are disclosing that the TIA Warwick team are from the same centre as the organising committee, but they are not receiving an unfair advantage.

For this, we have ensured:

  • They have never seen any part of the test set
  • They are not getting 'insider knowledge' on how to approach the problem
  • None of the organising committee members are providing any form of input to the TIA Warwick team for this challenge

As a result of the above, they will be treated in the same way as other participants and will still be elegible for prizes.
