Dear COSAS2024 organizer,

Hi,I am looking for your help.

Since I am not familiar with the Grand challenge platform, I do not know that I can directly modify the membership relationship, so I have registered multiple accounts. Now both accounts have participated in COSAS2024, which I learned just now is not advisable. Can you provide a solution to this problem? For example: Can you remove my second accounts (name: pzcai) from COSAS2024 Challenge? Also, I created a team using my second account (pzcai), if you delete it, can I create a team again using my first account (柑橘乌云)?

I'm sorry about that. I would be grateful if you could help me with these problems.

Hi

Both of my accounts have participated in COSAS2024, but one of my accounts is frozen. Does the above violate the following rules: "Any individual participating with multiple or duplicate Grand Challenge profiles will be disqualified." If yes, what should I do?

Thank you for reaching out. Based on the information you provided, it appears that the account freeze was enforced by the Grand Challenge platform, over which we, as organizers, do not have direct control. However, you can continue to use the account that is not frozen to submit your results, and those submissions will be valid for the competition. If you have any further concerns or questions, please feel free to reach out.
