Request Verification

Dear Reubendo, When I try to submit my validation, the system said "You must verify your account before you can make a submission to this phase. Please request verification here." But when I make a verification request , it says"You have already made a verification request", but the token sent by the email is invalid. So I can not submit my result. Can you help me ?
