Tumor location and cochlea

I have questions about tumor and cochlear diagnosis. In the T1 and T2 images, I see two shapes in red and green, is it possible to tell what they show?

And in the pictures of the label, there are three pictures that I don't know what each one is related to?

On the banner picture, the red label corresponds to the VS tumour and the green label correspond to cochleas.
