About difference in quadrant labels between datasets ¶

It seem that quadrant labels in "train quadrant" are different from those in "train quadrant enumeration" and "train quadrant enumeration disease"?
In "train_quadrant", quadrants' category ids at [top right, top left , bottom left, bottom right] are [1,0,2,3], while other two are [0,1,2,3] when I try to draw them.
Does anyone encounter this?
