Hi SurgToolLoc 2022 participants,

Upon request from multiple teams, we have decided to separate methodology report submission from final phase submission and extend prelim phase deadline a bit more. Please note the following points:

  1. The preliminary phases are open till Sept 6th (11:59 pm EST). to allow for any final testing left for any team.
  2. The final phases deadline is still Sept 7th (11:59 pm EST). – please do not leave submitting your container to final phases to the very last minute
  3. Teams are now not required to upload submission report with the final phase as supplemental material on the grand-challenge website. So you can go ahead with submitting your containers even if your report is not fully ready.
  4. The methodology reports need to be sent to isi.challenges@intusurg.com by Sept 8th (11:59 pm EST). Please have your team lead send in the reports along with details regarding final submission (team name, team members, submission ID).
  5. A final algorithm submission without timely methodology report submission will be considered incomplete and the next team in the leaderboard will take over the rank.
  6. The organizing team will be requesting access to the teams algorithm containers on grand-challenge after final submission has run successfully – please approve that asap.
