Your submission ran into time limit error (otherwise it seemed to have been running fine). Each video inference time is limited to 1 hr by grand challenge so you will need to ensure that the code is not inefficient. Another team ran into the same issue (https://grand-challenge.org/forums/forum/endoscopic-surgical-tool-localization-using-tool-presence-labels-703/topic/success-107-times-then-failed-1866/). You could check inference with CPU only too as that seemed to have helped, though we are not sure what might be causing your inference to be slow.
