image format / json format

image format / json format

Dear organizers,

I have two questions.

  1. Image format of test dataest Image formats of training dataset and an example video (vid_1_short.mp4) are different. Images (frames) in the training dataset are 1280x720 pixels and have black boarders in left and right. Images in the example video are 640x512 pixels and do not have black boarders. Which image format is used for the test dataset ?

  2. json format We have to specify the frame number in the result json file like "slice_nr_1_needle_driver". Is the frame number of the first frame in a video 0 or 1 ? I found two kinds of examples. One starts at 0 and another starts at 1.

Hi,

  1. In the testing set videos will be 640x512 like the example shows. These will not have the black borders.

  2. The frames will start from frame 1 in the testing set. I will also post an announcement to make sure everyone sees this.

Let us know if you have any follow up questions.
