Why is testing phase submit closed?

Hi, We are still uploading are algorithm, we were expecting the close date as sept 8th as given. Kindly help us out in this.

The prelim phase got closed unexpectedly as it hit the maximum number of submissions allowed by Grand Challenge. The prelim phase is back up and you should be able to submit till the deadline.
