Dear FeTA Participants,

A new release of the FeTA Challenge Dataset has been uploaded to Synapse. The changes made are:

Subjects 001-040: -The .json files were updated to contain more accurate resolution information Subjects 041-080: -There was a discrepancy between the actual resolution of the images and the resolution listed in the .json files. The images and labels have all been updated such that the resolution is now 0.5x0.5x0.5mm^3. -Erroneous label numbers (ex Label 13) were removed -Minor corrections were made to the label annotations

Please ensure that this new version (FeTA 2.1) is used while training your algorithms, as this is the version of the data the evaluation set will be based on.
