Input available during evaluation on the testing set

Dear organizers,

I understand from the docker example how to find and read the nifti file of the 3D MRI to be segmented

However, it is not clear to me if we will have access to additional information such as the gestational age and the pathology like for the training dataset. Can you please clarify this?

If the gestational age and/or the pathology are available at testing, can you please illustrate how to read them in the docker example?

Thanks for the feedback. Gestational age (GA) and the pathology information can be accessed during the test stage. We have updated the instruction and the docker example as you mentioned.
