Dataset Update: Name correction to Images 48-57 in file 41-60.zip

Hi everyone,

Thanks to participant feedback, we discovered an issue in images 48-57 — these were membranes instead of nuclei. The corrected images (nomenclature and metadata labels) are now available in the updated 41-60.zip file here:

The issue arose when processing the data: channel 1 of these acquisitions usually contained nuclei, but here it corresponded to a second membrane channel, with a laser of lower intensity.

Some unconcerned files seem to have different size (e.g. 41 : before 82Mo, now 107Mo). Is there other modification on the zip 41-60 ?

I'm sorry but I don't really understand what you mean by different sizes. I have backups of the old and new 41-60.zip and when extracted, image 41 is about 300MB for both.

It's possible that I've compressed the old and new .zip differently, that's all I can think of at the moment about this problem.
