Unfortunately that domain cannot be used for automated verification, but we can do this manually. Do you have a faculty webpage or some other public site?

I received the same error, my email diomain is qian-bo@sjtu.edu.cn. When posting my challenge, it shows the errors:
You need to verify your account before you can do this, you can request this from your profile page. Forbidden You do not have permission to access this content.
But I have received the email and verified. How can I post my challenge？Is the problem of the domain？
