Could you please explain the meanings of different flags in the Evaluation stage?

Could you please explain the meanings of different flags in the Evaluation stage? After I submitted a Docker run, I saw the terms 'Executing Algorithm', 'Executing', and 'Executed' in the Evaluation column. Could you please explain what these statuses represent?
