Getting Error Time Limit Exceeded

I tried to upload the 10 datasets' predicted test images in the MSD challenge submission file. But after 1 hour of executing it show time limit exceeded. How I can get rid of this error?please help me.

I already send them mail. But they are not responding. what should I do?

Alas if the challenge organizers are not responding there is little that we can do. The error entails that the evaluation method that the organizers have uploaded did not parse your image in a timely manner. Either it's because of your input format (which you could have a second look at, but we can't help with) or the organizers need to optimize their evaluation method. It has an hour to run, so something is going wrong.
