RE: Image is not getting activated

Hi, I have uploaded a container that had the image for the algorithm. It has been more than 5 hours now but the image is still not activated and still showing Import Started as it was showing from the beginning. Is this normal? or something has happened?

Image imports usually complete within an hour, but sometimes there is a problem like this. It will be automatically retried for up to a day, if it is taking longer than that then please contact support.
