Unable to Reset Password Using QQ Email

I am experiencing an issue where I cannot reset my password using my QQ email. When I attempt to receive a password reset link or verification code via my QQ email, the system does not allow the process to complete. This has prevented me from successfully resetting my account password. I would appreciate any solutions or further guidance to help resolve this issue. Thank you!

This was a bug which is now fixed. Unfortunately, new users cannot sign up with QQ email as we have had too many problems with users and bots using that domain.
