Inconsistent IDs for CHB center

Hello everyone,

This is a relly minor detail, but there is a typo with the patients IDs for the CHB center in the hecktor2022_clinical_info_testing. A hypen is missing in these IDs (CHBXXX instead of CHB-XXX). It may cause "file not exists" errors.

Sorry for the inconsistency. CHB-XXX should be used for the submissions. No worries, failed submissions do not count in the limit of 3 submissions.
