Failing to verify my email address

Hello. I'm trying to submit my first preliminary docker evaluation code, and I checked the small blue text below. I tried my institution email and google email address for verification, but both of them are not working.

"Email addresses hosted by korea.ac.kr cannot be used."

This notification comes up when I try my institution email
