Final Test Phase submission error

Hi, our submission for the final test phase says that it failed on one or more cases on the submissions page however when I look at the algorithm results, I don't see any error and it says that it succeeded. I am also able to view the segmentation in the viewer.

Is this a glitch or is there an issue that needs to be fixed?
