Why has the algorithm I submitted been under testing and I have been waiting for it to execute for four hours? Is it queuing?

My job was submitted a couple of hours ago (April 9, 2024, 10:17 p.m.) and it's been saying it is being "executed" but nothing happens, is this long wait normal or there is something wrong? Do you have any log about the submission you can check? Thanks!
