🧠 Call for Participation – Learn2Reg 2025 Challenge at MICCAI 🧠

We’re excited to announce the 6th edition of the Learn2Reg Challenge, taking place as a satellite event at MICCAI 2025 in Daejeon, Republic of Korea!

This year’s challenge features two sub-tasks:

🔹 LUMIR 2025 – Large-scale, unsupervised brain MRI registration with zero-shot generalization

🔹 ReMIND2Reg 2025 – Multi-modal registration between pre-operative MRI and intra-operative 3D ultrasound for brain surgery guidance

Each valid submission receives a printed certificate, and top-performing teams will be awarded cash prizes generously sponsored by MICCAI SIG-BIR. Selected participants will also be invited to contribute to a special journal collection and summary papers following the challenge.

🗓 Important Dates:

July 31, 2025 – Validation leaderboard deadline (for early Learn2Reg event acceptance)

August 31, 2025 – Final test submission deadline (for prize eligibility)
