I’m currently working on the AbdomenMRCT task on GrandChallenge, and despite reviewing all the information provided about the format of the displacement field (in .npz), I’m having trouble getting it to work as expected.

I’ve followed the instructions in the documentation and forum discussions, but my submission doesn’t seem to align with what’s required. What’s puzzling is that the results shown in the attached screenshot look visually correct, which suggests that my implementation might be fine, but there could be an issue with how the .npz file is formatted or prepared.

If anyone has faced a similar issue or can provide insights on specific aspects to check, I would greatly appreciate your advice or guidance.
