yellow vs orange colours in dot xml files?

yellow vs orange colours in dot xml files?

The color differences in the XML file appear to be from different annotation sessions rather than indicating different cell types. This is evidenced by:

  1. The first group of annotations uses orange (#ffaa00) for lymphocytes
  2. The later annotations use yellow (#F4FA58) for both lymphocytes and monocytes

The cell type is determined by the "PartOfGroup" attribute ("lymphocytes" or "monocytes"), not the color attribute.

Can someone confirm if this is true?

Hi! The label is the correct information. This is an artifact of when a point is dragged into a new/different group ASAP. It recolors the point according to the color of the group but does not change the color label of the point annotation itself, unfortunately. Some points were moved, as our pathologist was doing another quality check 2 weeks ago. I'll see if I can clean it up if we do another data update.
