NSD thresholds

Hello, I have found the implementation of the evaluation metrics for binary masks at http://medicaldecathlon.com/files/Surface_distance_based_measures.ipynb However, I cannot find the thresholds used during evaluation for each individual label. Could you please clarify which thresholds are used, so that we can run local evaluations (e.g. during cross-validation)?

HI, we use tolerance_mm = 1 for all organs.
