Could you please clarify the MRI modality used in the test set for each task? Specifically, I would like to know whether the test data for Task 1 (Diagnostic MRIs) consists only of T1-weighted arterial phase images, or if it includes other sequences as well.

What of the 367 unannotated cases (various phases, with/without contrast, DWI)? Their names are like 10000_0002_0000.mha following a pattern of caseNumber_????_T1W-CE. Suppose the middle parts are sequence number (indicator) of different phases. How we able to tell which is which?
Is it possible that I missed some sort of metadata here?
The reason I'm asking is because I wanna pre-train the PANORAMA weights with contrastive learning, which requires clear definitions of positive/negative sample pairs. i.e. knowing "which is which".
