Issue with file "training_set_metastatic_roi_088_nuclei.geojson"

Dear organisers,

First of all, thank you very much for providing this dataset for the challenge. I wanted to point out a potential issue with file "training_set_metastatic_roi_088_nuclei.geojson", as when I load it into QuPath it says "com.google.gson.JsonParseException: Unable to parse PathClass from Json TreeReader at path $". I think the file has gotten corrupted because the "color" attribute of one of the nucleuses is missing.

Dear Martina, Thank you for letting us know. I will upload a new version in the zenodo repository. There was one nuclei_apoptosis with a missing color. I hope this was not to big of an issue for you to work with the dataset! Kind regards, Mark
