🚨 PUMA Challenge Submission Failed, Need Help! 🚨

I'm participating in the PUMA 2024 Cell Nuclei Segmentation Challenge 🔥, but all my submitted docker images are marked as False without explanation.

I've successfully run the Track 1 official baseline pipeline, replaced the checkpoint with my own model, and generated both .json and .tif result files exactly following the baseline output format. Everything seems correct, and I believe I've completed all the necessary steps.

However, the submission still fails, and I have no clue what I might be missing.

Has anyone encountered this issue or knows what additional steps are required to pass the submission?

Any help would be greatly appreciated! 🙏

When I check it I see the following: No output images could be imported from 'images/melanoma-tissue-mask-segmentation' /tmp/tmp9dj5o5tv/44795516-254e-4111-8ffc-fdc152f25f1a.tif ['Mhd image builder: Could not validate or parse ITK header. Line length is too long', 'TIFF image builder: Validation error: Not a valid tif: Voxel width could not be determined.']

Did you set correctly set the tiff metadata (as in the example here )?
