Algorithm passed sanity check but failed on tuning without additional information

We recently submitted our algorithm to the Tuning phase. It was working on the Sanity Check, but the algorithm failed on the Tuning phase. However, no additional information was given other than "The algorithm failed on one or more cases."

Would you be able to look into it and let us know why the algorithm failed? Thank you!
