label problem

During training, I found that some cases have labels that do not comply with data rules. For example, 100244_00001.nii.gz, 101994_00001.nii.gz, and 101687_00001.nii.gz all contain category 8.

Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention. Category 8 should be disregarded. We will be updating those labels in the Github repository.

It appears some labels also have category 7 on them, e.g. manual_labels/101757_00001.nii.gz . Should those also be disregarded?

Yes, all labels larger than 6 should be disregarded. I will be fixing it in the repository soon. Thank you for bringing it up.
