Phase 2 submission is closed

Dear organizers, It came to our attention that the phase 2 submission is closed earlier than expected, shouldn't it be on 6th of August at 00:59? Thanks, Ayman

Hey I saw the same thing! I wanted to upload our algorithm, on the homepage it said submissions are still open, but in the submit tab they are closed. And what time zone is the deadline? Anywhere on earth? It doesn't specify on the important dates page. Where do we have to submit our final report? Thanks in advance! Best, Dieuwertje

That phase reached its budget limit, it is open again now. On the phase submission page you can see the deadline time along with the timezone.
