Tif images spacing and allowed test time

Dear Organizers,

Thank you very much for the great challenge. I have a question about the .tif images during the test phase. How is it ensured that the spacings of the image are correct? As far as I know, .tif images do not have support z spacing.

I was also wondering for which phase the time limit of 10 minutes applies or if it is a per case time limit.

Thanks for your interest.

We do not use TIFF images but MHA volumes (.mha). In the template container we use SimpleITK to load the volumes. You can use any library as long as it supports the MHA format. I might have been confused by the statement that grand-challenge supports both TIF and MHA -- for this challenge we only support MHA.

The time limit is a per-case limit.
