Final phase is closed

Hello, Today should be the last day for final phase submissions, but submissions appear to be closed already. Only the preliminary phase is opened, which is strange because is should have been closed for 1 month now.

Please see our recent post. The deadline for the preliminary phase is arbitrary, as it is just for testing dockers submissions. And as there are teams who have recently joined, this will remain open until 4th July.
